Personal attacks and disagreements, personnel and employment matters, the use of profanity or ethnic, racial or gender-oriented slurs are prohibited, as is any "disorderly conduct" which violates State or Local law and shall not be permitted. If an individual disregards these rules, they will be asked to leave the Commissioner's Meeting Room.

Consideration and possible authorization of the Chair's signature on the second amendment to the Montrose County North Campus - Design, Architectural & Engineering Services Project, contract #2022-190, in an amount not to exceed $265,525.00 to Wold Architects and Engineers, as reviewed by Counsel. This contract amendment represents a change in the original scope of work, expanding services to include re-design, value engineering (VE) options, bidding and permitting services, including a time extension to December 31, 2024. This item represents an unbudgeted 2024 expense.

Consideration of acceptance and close-out of the Construction Contract for Installation of C.I.P. Class D Concrete for the Carnation Road & 5900 Road Box Culverts awarded to Con-Sy Inc., in the amount of $296,275.00 on December 6, 2023. Con-Sy Inc. completed the C.I.P Concrete Installation Project, located at Carnation Road and 5900 Road and based on final quantities; the actual cost was $456,922.59. Public notice of final payment has been published and no claims have been made. Upon acceptance of the project, retainage in the amount of $22,846.13 will be released to Con-Sy Inc. on Friday, August 9, 2024.
